Strategic Capital for the Future of Energy
Bridging the gap between groundbreaking engineering and institutional funding.
At Stonehill, we are industry veterans with decades of experience negotiating complex contracts in the technology and engineering sectors. We speak your language—from battery chemistry to utility-scale integration—ensuring your project isn’t just funded, but understood.

Proven Expertise in Infrastructure & Technology
Building the Backbone of the New Economy
Since 2022, Stonehill has specialized in securing funding between $5 million and $100 million for large-scale utility and industrial projects. Our edge lies in our history; we transitioned into fundraising with a deep-seated knowledge of the core technologies that power renewable systems. We don’t just move numbers; we move infrastructure.
- Sector Focus: Renewable Energy Systems, Battery Storage, and Green Chemical Engineering.
- Our Advantage: Decades of contract negotiation experience that outpace traditional financial firms.
- The Goal: Seamlessly transitioning your proprietary tech from the lab to the grid.
Recent Success: High-Stakes Facilitation
A Track Record of Tenacity and Results
Our recent portfolio demonstrates our ability to navigate both government RFPs and complex private-sector acquisitions. We pride ourselves on the “long game”—staying in the trenches until the deal is sealed.
| Project Type | Deal Size | Description |
| Federal Contracting | $100 Million | A 10-year, $10M/year contract with the U.S. Treasury for Mason Mint, negotiated via a rigorous 8-month RFP process. |
| Tech Acquisition | $56 Million | Facilitated the sale of proprietary battery storage tech for a Green Ammonia project, including a 10-year recurring contract. |
| Corporate Debt | $50 Million+ | Connected a NY-based battery developer with a $200M funding source for corporate debt and preferred equity. |
