About Stephen Vicinanza

I bring technical experience, clear documentation, and practical project management to small-business websites.

I’m Stephen Vicinanza, owner of Stone Hill Learning and Energy Systems LLC. I’m a lifelong U.S. resident and native English speaker. You work directly with me.

A background in technology and delivery

My career includes more than 16 years in writing, editing, and project delivery, including more than a decade of technical documentation. My work spans software development, embedded systems, cybersecurity, API documentation, engineering, and publishing, including projects involving the U.S. Postal Service and U.S. Treasury.

I have covered technology for publications including Interesting Engineering, Circuit Cellar, and CNX Software, and worked on documentation involving AI, IoT, SDKs, and systems integration.

Hands-on website and VPS work

For the past four years, I have worked hands-on with Linux VPS environments, WordPress setup, staging, hosting, and migration. I combine that work with the planning and documentation needed to make a move understandable and manageable.

I prepare a demonstration before changing your live website. We agree on scope, costs, access, and timing upfront. You can manage the system yourself or have me provide ongoing care.

You could do it yourself. For a fair price, I take the technical work off your hands, and leave you in control, if you want.

SHLAE configures and manages hosting through third-party providers. We do not currently own VPS infrastructure. Your preferred provider can be used when its platform supports the agreed setup.
